Ferguson Citywalk Welcomes Cose Dolci Gourmet Italian Bakery
After four successful years as a vendor at the award-winning Ferguson Farmers Market, Beth Thompson, owner of Cose Dolci, has opened a retail location in the heart of the Ferguson Citywalk district. Her gourmet bakery, renowned for its delicious scones, cookies, and other baked treats, opened its doors on December 16 at 100 S. Florissant.

Cose Dolci, which means "sweet things" in Italian, has developed a strong customer base throughout the St. Louis area, and was previously based in Webster Groves.
Beth received a $10,000 redevelopment grant from the city of Ferguson to open her business, just as El Palenque Mexican Restaurant did in 2005. "I'm so thrilled to be here," she says. "The community support has been amazing."

Cose Dolci is open Tuesday through Friday from 7am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 2pm. For a complete bakery menu, look here.
